These delicately fragrant yellow or white flowers come from the Jasmineum officinale bush. Its name comes from the Persian word “yâsaman”. In oriental culture, jasmine is the symbol of beauty, grace and elegance.
In Tunisia, jasmine flowers are given as a sign of love. Nowadays, jasmine is mainly grown in China where it is used for flavouring green tea. Jasmine is renowned for the beauty of its flowers but also for its delicate and fruity taste. Its subtle floral scents and delicate colour are the source of its elegance.
Add it to a crème brulée for an original floral hint or to cream desserts, cakes and meringues or chocolate mousse, lemon tarts, flans or a simple bowl of rice. You can also infuse a few flowers with your iced tea - a true delight !
All our flowers are carefully selected and contain no artificial colourings or flavourings.
