This mild flavoured ginger paste is delicious in stews, stocks, soups or mixed with yoghurt for a dip for raw vegetable sticks. Use it to add your personal touch to vinaigrettes and mayonnaises. Its fresh, peppery and slightly spicy taste is perfect with sweet potato mash, wok-fried vegetables, squash soup or in a marinade with soya sauce and palm sugar.
