This splendid mix of roasted spices and fleur de sel from Madagascar will enhance your meat, fish, soups, carpaccios, and pan-fried vegetables… An essential salt to have in your kitchen. This traditional recipe from La Réunion, uses the spices that are typically used for making a curry: the local women start by roasting coriander, sesame, fenugreek, cumin, garlic... before  adding their personal touch.

The roasting process gives the spices grilled aromas and toasted notes of caramel and hazelnut. The fleur de sel brings out the delicate aromas of the roasted spices.

Delicious with delicate fish, tomato salad, vegetable soup, grilled King prawns, or simply with a tomato sauce. Try it with poultry served with cream and mushroom sauce or toasted fresh goat’s cheese. Will enhance barbecue grilled meat and add a surprising hint to pan-fried potatoes or an oriental stew.
