A square of milk chocolate to melt

Originating from Belgium, these chocolate squares on sticks are designed to be enjoyed in hot milk. Simply gently stir your stick in your cup to savor it.

How to enjoy the Solostick Milk stick?

Heat your milk or plant-based beverage to room temperature, then dip the milk chocolate stick and let it melt. Stir and enjoy!

The Solostick Chocolate Stick to accompany your winter evenings

Composed of a carefully selected square of chocolate, it releases creamy and sweet notes that perfectly complement hot milk. The fusion of the sweetness of milk chocolate with the melting texture creates a creamy and delightfully chocolatey drink.

A delicious blend of cocoa and milk

These beans are coated with a sweet pulp inside the cocoa fruit. After harvesting, the beans undergo a fermentation and drying process. Once dried, they are roasted to develop their characteristic flavors. The resulting cocoa paste is mixed with sugar and powdered milk or condensed milk, then it is conched, a process of stirring and kneading that refines the texture of the chocolate. Milk chocolate is distinguished by its sweetness, creaminess, and creamy flavor resulting from the addition of dairy products.

Chocolate, a prized food

Until the early 19th century, chocolate was exclusively consumed in liquid form and was not intended for children. It even carried a sulfurous reputation and was considered an aphrodisiac. The story took a turn with Joseph Storrs Fry, an English pharmacist, who, in the early 19th century, founded a cocoa paste factory, selling it as an alternative to gin. It was later, in 1847, that his sons revolutionized the world of chocolate by introducing the first chocolate bar. They achieved this innovation by mixing cocoa butter, sugar, and cocoa powder. Thus, this creation marked a turning point in the history of chocolate, transforming it from a controversial drink into an essential food of popular culture.
