Salt Stone


Use a salt block or a Himalayan pink salt block as a perfect and original way to serve up your delicate dishes. You can also use salt blocks like a plancha for grilling meat, fish, shellfish and other dishes, or as a chopping board. These blocks are extracted from the mines of Khewra, at the heart of the Himalayas, then cut by hand.

After use, leave your salt block return to room temperature. As they are naturally antiseptic, salt blocks do not require any special care and just need to be rinsed in clean water, rubbed if necessary, then wiped with a dry cloth. Make sure your salt block is completly dry before putting it away. You can also store it in the fridge for serving your most delicate food, such as raw meat and fish.
