Recipe for sugared rose petals:
Ingredients :

A few rose petals
2 egg whites
Castor sugar

Beat the egg whites lightly with a whisk then dip the petals in the egg whites and cover with a thin layer of sugar. Lay out to dry on greaseproof paper. Be careful not to touch them as they are very fragile while crystallizing.
