Pumpkin Seeds: a bright and cheerful addtion to your kitchen !
Pumpkin seeds are used for garnishing your dishes and adding a delightful crunch. You can eat them whole, ground or crushed roughly with a pestle and mortar. You can also roast them in a frying pan or oven-grill them lightly to develop their taste.
