Use it in your marinades for meat or fish, as a table sauce with cold meat or mixed with some cream for an exciting dip!
Try it with chili con carne served with tortillas, or with fajitas, and burritos… Add a teaspoon to spice up your home-made guacamole or even your gazpacho! Anything goes (or almost) when you're cooking! Best added when you start cooking rather than at the end.
Tex-Mex comes from "Mexican Texan", referring to the cuisine of those Mexican descendants born in Texas. As opposed to Mexican cuisine Tex-Mex cuisine adds cheese, some spices and lots of beef to the recipes.
