This walnut oil is extracted from first cold pressed walnuts. It does not contain refined walnut oil and has not been transformed in any way.
Its sweet and bitter notes are ideal with chicory and roquefort salad, winter soups, steamed vegetables, salmon or tuna steaks.
Best used uncooked. Perfect used with balsamicvinegar or raspberry vinegar.
