4 recipes, 4 spices. With this gift box, discover the different ways to prepare and season your foie gras. You can use all the spices in any of these recipes! This gift box contains: 1 box of Ground Penja White Pepper, 1 box of Trapper mix, 1 box of Christmas Fleur de sel, 1 box of Foie gras mix. Idea no. 1: Foie gras canapés Sprinkle a pinch of spices over your canapés before serving. Idea no. 2: Pan-fried foie gras with spices Mix 1 teaspoon of spices with 100g of flour, roll the slices of foie gras in this mixture then pan fry . Idea no. 3 Foie gras flavoured whipped cream Mix your foie gras with double cream and add teaspoon of spices. Pour into your whipped cream dispenser and make the whipped cream as usual. Idea no. 4: Easy home-made foie gras terrine Use a ready-to-use foie gras without veins: add 2 teaspoons of spices, splash over with some cognac. Roll up tightly in cling film and place in the fridge for 3 hours, then leave at room temperature for 1 hour. Place the foie gras in a dish. Cook in a cool oven at 95°C for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven. Remove the foie gras from the dish using a slotted spoon. Place in another dish, making sure the foie is compact in the dish. Cover with greaseproof paper and place a weight on top to compact even further. Refrigerate for 3 days… Then enjoy!
