These sweet mangos with their deep yellow flesh come from Southern Asia. This mango chutney with Penja pepper, is delightfully sweet and delicately enhanced with a hint of Penja pepper. Wondrous on vanilla ice-cream. The animal and menthol notes of this grand cru pepper from Cameroon and the sweet and fruity flavours of mango are perfect with currys, white meat and cheese.

The white Penja pepper is harvested when ripe in the province of Moungo, in Cameroon. this full-bodied pepper is a worldwide gastronomic delight. All production stages (harvesting, retting, drying, grading, sorting) are entirely done by hand mainly by the experienced hands of the local village women. In 2014, it was the first African product to gain Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) status.
