Green freeze-dried pepper
10.3

Details
This green pepper is harvested before fully ripened and is perfectly round without any wrinkles. The fresh green peppercorns are preserved in brine in Madagascar then transported to Europe where they are freeze-dried. The slightly salty taste comes from the brine stage. Freeze-drying the pepper preserves its organoleptic properties for longer shelf life as compared to dried pepper.
Tip: Soak the pepper for 30 minutes in warm water or a sauce before using. This will allow it to rehydrate and regain its authentic green pepper taste.
