The powerful aromas of this fennel are ideal with vegetable soup, delicate fish, tomato salads or grilled meat. Delicious with poultry served with a cream sauce and girolle mushrooms or warm goat’s cheese.

Try it with hams, cured meats or mashed vegetables, or sprinkle it over pan-fried potatoes for an extra aromatic hint!

Crack roughly with a pestle and mortar to release all the aromas.

Best added at the end of the cooking process.
