Once ground, this roast cumin releases delicate grilled aromas and notes of ripe citrus fruit. Its delicious crunchiness and slightly bitter attack bring out mouthwatering notes of mandarine.
Perfect with: white fish served with a citrus sauce. Amazing with fennel, lobster tails in citrus sauce or chicken with cream and girolle mushroom sauce. Simply exquisite with exotic fruit salad.
Superb with oven-roast potatoes home-made or an oriental stew!
Best ground and used just before serving. Be careful not to over heat this roast cumin while cooking as this may make it bitter.
