Tex-Mex spice blend

Details
This spice mix could also be called: "Mexican mix", but in reality TexMex comes from "Mexican Texan", referring to the cuisine of those Mexican descendants born in Texas. As opposed to Mexican cuisine Tex-Mex cuisine adds cheese, some spices and lots of beef to recipes. Add this mix to your minced beef for a delicious Chili con carne with tortillas, fajitas and burritos… Add a teaspoon to your guacamole to spice it up, or sprinkle over your gazpacho….
Anything goes (or almost) when you're cooking !
