This roasted curry powder is naturally black. An essential ingredient of Sri Lankan cuisine. Its powerful aromas are perfect in lentil dhal.
Recipe:
Take some oil, for example coconut oil and add some roasted black curry powder, chopped shallots and yoghurt, fry this mix for 5 to 10 mins. Add this mix to some fish, sprinkle with raisins and enjoy!
