In Morocco, this mix is traditionally used for seasoning Harira, the famous chick pea soup, served during ramadan because it’s rich and nutritious. This oriental soup is made from lentils, chick peas, fresh parsley, fresh coriander, diced meat, tomato sauce and lemon juice.
