We have selected a range of French aromatic plants and herbs, picked at the heart of the garrigue in Southern France. Far from any form of pollution, the plants are picked by hand sustainably and responsibly, without damaging the surrounding vegetation, preserving the natural balances of the land. The pickers are fairly paid which also goes towards preserving their traditional skills. To preserve the organoleptic properties of our dried plants, we recommend you store them at room temperature away from direct light in the biodegradable bag provided. Bouquet garni is easy to use, just drop it in the pot when you start cooking and remove just before serving.
