A wonderfully versatile mix !
This mix of wild herbs is made from thyme, rosemary, basil, oregano and marjoram. A great aromatic mix for lots of your daily dishes which has the added beenfit of not having to add other sauces and fats. Perfect for seasoning typical Mediterranean dishes: cooked tomatoes, oven-baked vegetables, and stews.
Sprinkle it over rabbit en gibelotte or game meat, in sauces and marinades, on barbecue grilled meat and moussaka. This mix of wild herbs will enhance vegetable soups, stocks or even mussels marinieres with white wine sauce. Will add a provencal hint to your tomato salads and marinated poultry.
To preserve the aromas of these wild herbs, add at the end of the cooking process. Don’t leave them infuse for too long or the delicate aromas will evaporate.
