Ideal for lemongrass chicken !

These lemongrass leaves are harvested, in the Jajarkot district of Nepal. They grow on the slopes of the Himalayan mountain range. The Nepalese traditionally welcome guests into their homes by serving a drink of lemon grass herbal tea. Its lemon flavour will enhance fish soups, chicken curry skewers, King prawn skewers and cream desserts.

This herb is also used in Indian cooking, in Madagascar and in Java.
