How to use lemon pepper?

It pairs just as well with white meats, grilled or steamed fish, as with roasted vegetables or fresh salads. It also enhances creamy sauces and marinades by adding character without overpowering the other flavors.

Some recipe ideas for cooking with lemon pepper :

  • - Grilled salmon fillet with lemon pepper: season salmon fillets with a drizzle of olive oil, a pinch of salt, and a generous sprinkle of lemon pepper. Grill skin-side down for a crispy texture, and serve with mashed sweet potatoes or sautéed green beans;
  • - Lemon-pepper and rosemary roasted chicken: rub a whole chicken or chicken thighs with a mixture of olive oil, lemon pepper, crushed garlic, and rosemary. Roast in the oven until the skin is golden and crispy;
  • - Quinoa, avocado, and shrimp salad with lemon pepper: mix cooked quinoa with sautéed shrimp, diced avocado, a few arugula leaves, and a splash of lemon juice. Sprinkle with lemon pepper just before serving;
  • - Tomatoes, burrata, and lemon pepper: slice tomatoes and burrata, drizzle with olive oil, Terre Exotique fleur de sel, and lemon pepper. Add fresh basil and a splash of balsamic vinegar to bring it all together.

The aromas and flavors of lemon pepper

This unique blend combines the woody heat and spiciness of black pepper with the tangy freshness of lemon. The dehydrated lemon releases fruity, slightly candied notes that balance the bold character of the pepper.
