Ideal for lemon grass chicken !

These lemon grass leaves are harvested in Nepal, in the Jajarkot district. They grow on the slopes of the Himalayan mountain range. The Nepalese traditionally welcome guests into their homes with a drink of lemon grass herbal tea. Its lemon flavour will enhance fish soups, chicken curry skewers, King prawn skewers and cream desserts.

This herb is also used in Indian cooking, in Madagascar and in Java.
