Orange flavoured peppercorns !

It's the first African zanthoxylum !

The Bamileke people used it traditionally on grilled chicken served with rice, ndoleh, plantains and other aromatic herbs.

Enlivens oven roasted sea bream, vegetable chutney or meat stew. Spices up lemon cake or a sorbet. Strong notes of citrus fruits.

Use crushed just before serving !
