French origin morels
Wild morels picked in the forest in France have a unique and delicate taste. Their earthy flavor is subtle and refined, and their firm texture adds an extra dimension to any dish. Morels have a complex, woody flavour with slightly sweet notes. Add these exceptional mushrooms to your cooking to bring a touch of sophistication and delicate flavor to your dishes..
Enjoy them in every recipe.
Our dried morels from France are a wonderful accompaniment to white meats, poultry, sweetbreads, red meats, pasta and go well with asparagus or peas. They go perfectly with fresh cream or in a morel crust. For dessert, these French morels are ideal on a skewer with salted butter caramel and an exotic fruit. Soak the dried morels in a container of warm water for at least 15 minutes. Drain them and plunge them into boiling water for 1 minute. Your mushrooms are now ready to be cooked according to the chosen recipe.
