The Family History of Maison Marc

In 2012, Henri Jeannequin took over from his father with the ambition to produce 100% French pickles, without intermediaries, and to create his own cannery. The house takes its name from his grandfather, Marc, born in 1923 in Chemilly-sur-Yonne. In the 1950s, he started cultivating pickles, a traditional local product. His father, Florent, expanded the operation in the 1970s. Faced with globalization and the disappearance of French pickle producers, he fought to preserve this heritage. Today, the offering has expanded with a collection of quality spreads.
