Originating from Turin, the Torinesi were thought to be an easy-to-digest, but no less delicious antipasti. Extra-simple ingredients: extra virgin olive oil, flour and corn. The bakers in a small workshop in Piedmont roll out this dough into long strands, then twist them, before baking them, to give these thin, crisp sticks.
