Bedouin, almond experts since 1833
The almonds used by Bedouin are grown on a 70 hectare plantation located in Spain, in the Extremadura region. This plantation guarantees a short circuit and superior quality, as it is located close to the global production. The independent almonds, grown on this plantation, are chosen for their sweet taste and high nutritional value.
A gourmet recipe cooked with passion
The Mariages Bedouin are imagined in the workshops of Provence according to a simple and exclusive recipe: roasted blanched almonds, crunchy and tasty, combined with organic herbs and a hint of olive oil. The almonds with Camargue salt offer a delicate salty flavour that enhances the toasted taste of the almonds, for a simple and authentic taste experience. Each recipe is then coated with agave syrup, which allows the flavours to diffuse harmoniously into the almonds. Little known, agave is also a natural source of inulin, a prebiotic fibre with many digestive benefits.
Much more than an aperitif!
The Bedouin recipes will bring a Provencal flavour to your aperitif trays. Enjoy them during a relaxing break or incorporate them into a summer salad, accompanied by a green salad and a drizzle of olive oil. Also add them to your cheese boards for a spicy taste.
