Crosta & Mollica's artisanal production
After the first baking of the Filone bread and a day's rest, the thin baguettes are sliced, then drizzled with oregano-infused oil. A second baking is done on these slices, to turn them into light, golden croutons.

The delicate aromatic notes of oregano add freshness and even more lightness to the Crostini.
Origano Crostini can be used anywhere.
