Details
The ancestral making of chilli Crostini
The Filone bread is baked, then left to rest for a full day. On the second day of making, the loaves are sliced and soaked in chilli-infused oil, then the croutons are baked until perfectly browned.
Crispy, spicy chilli crostini
Light as a feather, they bring crispness to your plates. The chilli pepper allows you to warmly spice up the flavours of the recipes you pair these little delights with.
The chilli pepper is a great way to add a little extra flavour to your dishes.
Multiple uses for chilli crostini
Delicious au naturel, with a cold beer (drink in moderation!). You can dress up a soup with sunny vegetables or courgette & goat, to add crunch and spice. Add a few Crostini to salads or mixed salads, or as toast with an aperitif. Buon appetito!
