To use in your everyday dishes
Our dried chanterelles are ideal to use as is in a pan-fried dish or omelette. They are a perfect accompaniment to white meats and are a good medium for making condiments (chutneys, pickles...). These French chanterelles are also appreciated with asparagus tips and in sauces (chanterelle cream). Soak the dried chanterelles in a container of warm water for at least 15 minutes. Drain them and plunge them into boiling water for 1 minute. Your mushrooms are now ready to be cooked according to the chosen recipe.
