Bedouin, almond expert since 1833
Bedouin is proud to own a 70 hectare almond plantation in Spain, in the Extremadura region. This plantation allows Bedouin to produce part of its almonds locally, offering a short circuit and guaranteed quality. The independent almonds, grown on this plantation, are chosen for their sweet taste and high nutritional values.
A gourmet recipe cooked with passion
Bedouin Weddings are produced in the workshops of Provence according to a simple and original recipe: roasted blanched almonds, crunchy and delicious, combined with organic herbs and a drop of olive oil. Rosemary almonds from Provence add a fragrant and herbaceous touch with a slightly woody note, which blends perfectly with the crunchiness of the almonds. To give the final touch, each recipe is coated with agave syrup, which allows the flavours to soak into the almonds. Little known, agave is also a natural source of inulin, a prebiotic fibre with many digestive benefits.
