Bedouin, almond experts since 1833
The Bedouin brand has a 70-hectare almond plantation in Spain, in the Extremadura region. This plantation allows part of the almonds to be produced in-house, which guarantees a short circuit and superior quality. The independent almonds, grown on this plantation, are selected for their sweet taste and exceptional nutritional values.
A gourmet recipe cooked with passion
The Mariages Bedouin are prepared in the workshops of Provence according to a simple and innovative recipe: crunchy and tasty roasted blanched almonds combined with organic herbs and a drizzle of olive oil. The almonds with tomato and herbs of Provence are a combination of flavours that combine the sweet and sour taste of tomato with the herbaceous and fragrant notes of the herbs of Provence, for a sunny taste experience. To perfect the taste, each recipe is coated with agave syrup, allowing the flavours to soak into the almonds. The little-known agave is also a natural source of inulin, a prebiotic fibre with multiple digestive benefits.
Much more than an aperitif!
The Bedouin recipes transport you to Provence. Add them to your aperitif platters for a touch of sunshine, enjoy them during a relaxing break or incorporate them into a summer salad. Try them also on your cheese platters for a spicy note.
