Bedouin, almond expert since 1833
The Bedouin brand owns 70 hectares of almond trees in Spain, in the Extremadura region, which allows to cover part of the global production: a promise of a short circuit and guaranteed quality. It is there that the Independence almonds are grown, a variety chosen by the house for their numerous nutritional values and sweet flavour.
A gourmet recipe cooked with passion
The Mariages Bedouin are designed in the workshops of Provence according to a simple and original recipe: roasted blanched almonds, crunchy and tasty, combined with organic herbs and a drizzle of olive oil. Bedouin's Bear's garlic almonds offer a subtly spicy flavour and a light note of garlic that blends perfectly with the crunchy texture of the almonds. Each recipe finishes by coating the almonds with agave syrup, to incorporate the aromatics on top of the almonds. Few know it, but agave is also a natural source of inulin, a prebiotic fibre with many digestive benefits.
Much more than an aperitif!
The Bedouin recipes will bring a ray of Provencal sunshine to your aperitif platters. You can also enjoy them during a relaxing break or add them to a summer salad or simply with a green salad and a drizzle of olive oil! You can also slip them onto your cheese platters to add a spicy touch.
