Recipe ideas for cooking with the Malagasy pepper box
- - Grilled ribeye steak with Black Madagascar pepper: rub the meat with Black Madagascar pepper and coarse salt, let it rest so the flavors infuse the meat. Grill the ribeye on a barbecue or in a very hot pan, quickly searing each side to get a nice crust;
