Wild Herb Tarte Tatin
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 500g cherry tomatoes;
- 1 drizzle of honey;
- 1 drizzle of balsamic cream;
- 1 puff pastry;
- Guérande Sea Salt Terre Exotique;
- Wild herbs Terre Exotique.
Methods:
- In the bottom of your baking dish, add a drizzle of honey and a drizzle of balsamic cream. Sprinkle with a pinch of Guérande sea salt and a mixture of wild herbs.
- Cut your cherry tomatoes in half and place them cut-side down in the bottom of the dish. Place the puff pastry on top, making a small vent in the center.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes, then unmold.Chef's tip: Serve with burrata for an extra delicious pairing.
