Wild Herb Tarte Tatin

Ingredients for the recipe:


  1. In the bottom of your baking dish, add a drizzle of honey and a drizzle of balsamic cream. Sprinkle with a pinch of Guérande sea salt and a mixture of wild herbs.
  2. Cut your cherry tomatoes in half and place them cut-side down in the bottom of the dish. Place the puff pastry on top, making a small vent in the center.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
  4. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes, then unmold.Chef's tip: Serve with burrata for an extra delicious pairing.
