Turmeric & ginger infusion


Ingredients for the recipe:
- 50 cl water;
- 1 lemon;
- 2 cm fresh ginger;
- 2 teaspoons honey;
- 1 pinch Terre Exotique ground turmeric.
Methods:
- Start by boiling the water. Meanwhile peel and chop the ginger.
- Slice the lemon then add to the boiling water with the ginger, honey, lemon and ground turmeric and leave to infuse for 30 minutes.
- Then strain your infusion and serve piping hot.
