Traditional Matcha Green Tea

Ingredients for the recipe:

 

Utensils for the recipe:

  • 1 matcha scoop or 1 teaspoon
  • 1 matcha sifter
  • 1 matcha bowl
  • 1 matcha whisk

 

Preparation:

  1. Sift 2 scoops or 1 level teaspoon of matcha green tea into the bowl.
  2. Add 5 cl of water at 70°C.
  3. Whisk the matcha in a W motion using the matcha whisk until a nice foam appears.
