Traditional Matcha Green Tea


Ingredients for the recipe:
- 2 matcha scoops or 1 teaspoon of matcha green tea
- 5 cl of water
Utensils for the recipe:
- 1 matcha scoop or 1 teaspoon
- 1 matcha sifter
- 1 matcha bowl
- 1 matcha whisk
Preparation:
- Sift 2 scoops or 1 level teaspoon of matcha green tea into the bowl.
- Add 5 cl of water at 70°C.
- Whisk the matcha in a W motion using the matcha whisk until a nice foam appears.
