Saffron Tiramisu

Ingredients for the recipe:


  1. In a bowl, mix the sugar and egg yolks until the mixture becomes frothy.
  2. Next, add the saffron and the previously softened mascarpone.
  3. Dip the ladyfinger biscuits one by one into the coffee and cover the bottom of your dish with them. On top, layer with your mascarpone mixture.
  4. Alternate again with a layer of coffee-dipped biscuits and cover with the mascarpone mixture.
Chef's tip: Chill in the refrigerator overnight and enjoy!
