Sunday roast chicken
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 free-range chicken of about
- 1.5 kg;
- 3 unpeeled garlic cloves;
- 1 drizzle of olive oil;
- The juice of one yellow lemon;
- 1 teaspoon of Fleur de sel with roasted spices
- 1 teaspoon of roasted chicken spice blend.
Methods:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C. In an ovenproof dish, place the chicken and the garlic cloves.
- Drizzle olive oil and the juice of one yellow lemon over the chicken. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of grilled spice blend sea salt and 2 teaspoons of roasted chicken seasoning over your chicken.
- Pour a glass of water into the bottom of the dish. If you wish, you can add potatoes to the dish so they cook in the chicken juices.
- Bake for 30 minutes, then baste the chicken with its juices.
- Bake again for another 30 minutes while basting regularly so the meat is tender and juicy.
