Sunday roast chicken

Ingredients for the recipe:


  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C. In an ovenproof dish, place the chicken and the garlic cloves.
  2. Drizzle olive oil and the juice of one yellow lemon over the chicken. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of grilled spice blend sea salt and 2 teaspoons of roasted chicken seasoning over your chicken.
  3. Pour a glass of water into the bottom of the dish. If you wish, you can add potatoes to the dish so they cook in the chicken juices.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes, then baste the chicken with its juices.
  5. Bake again for another 30 minutes while basting regularly so the meat is tender and juicy.
