The “Ikan mas arsik” or “fish with Arsik sauce” is a typical Bataks dish».

After harvest it is break time next to a house made with woo used as a shelter by the workers of the coffee bush fields. Dish made with local natural ingredients: 2 chili peppers, a green lemon, ginger, curcuma, garlic, Bataks and 2 Toba lake carps.
