Strawberry, Matcha & Pistachio Chocolate Bar Recipe


Ingredients for the recipe:
- 200 g fresh strawberries
- 1 white chocolate bar
- 1 teaspoon of matcha green tea
- 1 teaspoon of pistachio paste
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
Preparation:
- Wash and hull the strawberries, then cut them in half. Set aside.
- In a saucepan or double boiler, melt the white chocolate bar with the coconut oil until smooth and homogeneous.
- Once the chocolate is melted, stir in the matcha and mix well to get an even color.
- Pour a thin layer of matcha chocolate into the bottom of a chocolate bar mold.
- Place the strawberry halves over the first layer.
- Using a teaspoon, drizzle a thin layer of pistachio paste over the strawberries.
- Cover everything with the remaining matcha white chocolate, making sure the fruit is well coated.
- Place the chocolate bar in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, until fully set.
- Keep chilled and enjoy promptly to savor the freshness of the strawberries!
