Strawberry, Matcha & Pistachio Chocolate Bar Recipe

 

 

Ingredients for the recipe:

Preparation:

  • Wash and hull the strawberries, then cut them in half. Set aside.
  • In a saucepan or double boiler, melt the white chocolate bar with the coconut oil until smooth and homogeneous.
  • Once the chocolate is melted, stir in the matcha and mix well to get an even color.
  • Pour a thin layer of matcha chocolate into the bottom of a chocolate bar mold.
  • Place the strawberry halves over the first layer.
  • Using a teaspoon, drizzle a thin layer of pistachio paste over the strawberries.
  • Cover everything with the remaining matcha white chocolate, making sure the fruit is well coated.
  • Place the chocolate bar in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, until fully set.
  • Keep chilled and enjoy promptly to savor the freshness of the strawberries!
