Green hydrating juice

You can drink this detox juice every day. It’s one of the most alkaline drinks that our bodies can drink.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups spinach
- ½ cucumber
- 1 cup green melon or a whole kiwi
- 4 leaves fresh mint
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 cup mineral water or coconut water
Early morning orange juice

The juice is perfect to start the day with a spring in your step!
Ingredients:
- 2 whole carrots
- 1 large orange
- ½ slice pineapple
- ½ ripe banana
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 cup mineral water or coconut water
Watermelon Juice

- 1 watermelon cut into pieces
- 1 carrot
- ½ cup strawberries
- 1 apple
