Spiced pumpkin latte

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 500ml of milk (plant-based or regular)
- 2 tablespoons of organic maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons of four-spice blend
- 2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree
- 2 espressos
Preparation:
- In a saucepan, gently heat the milk over medium heat. Once hot, add the maple syrup, vanilla extract, four-spice blend, and pumpkin puree. Stir well until smooth and combined.
- Pour a hot espresso into a mug, then carefully add the milk and pumpkin mixture.
- Heat some more milk in a small saucepan or microwave, then use a milk frother to create a creamy, airy foam. Pour about 2 tablespoons of this foam into each mug.
- Finally, generously sprinkle the four-spice blend on top for a fragrant finishing touch.
