Spiced pumpkin latte

Preparation:

  • In a saucepan, gently heat the milk over medium heat. Once hot, add the maple syrup, vanilla extract, four-spice blend, and pumpkin puree. Stir well until smooth and combined.
  • Pour a hot espresso into a mug, then carefully add the milk and pumpkin mixture.
  • Heat some more milk in a small saucepan or microwave, then use a milk frother to create a creamy, airy foam. Pour about 2 tablespoons of this foam into each mug.
  • Finally, generously sprinkle the four-spice blend on top for a fragrant finishing touch.
