Smoked curry Gazpacho

Ingredients:

Préparation :

  • Peel (optional) and deseed the tomatoes. Deseed the bell pepper, and peel the cucumber, onion, and garlic.
  • Cut all the vegetables and place them in a blender. Add the smoked curry powder, vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Blend thoroughly until smooth. Thin the mixture with a bit of cold water to your desired consistency.
  • Adjust the seasoning to taste — especially the smoked curry, salt, and vinegar.
  • For an ultra-smooth texture, strain through a fine sieve or chinois.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving cold.
