Sea bream with chaste tree berry

Ingredients for the recipe:


  1. Add the olive oil to a frying pan then place your fish fillets skin side down on the pan and fry for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the butter, rosemary then leave to cook for another 3 minutes.
  3. Remove your fillets from the frying pan, add 2 twists of your pepper mill filled with chaste tree berry and serve immediately.
  4. Serve with mashed carrots or potato, or with rice and a butter sauce.
