Salted butter and Breizh curry caramel topping


Ingredients:
- 0,5 L whipping cream;
- 100 g soft butter ;
- 200 g caster sugar ;
- 1 box of Breizh curry Terre exotique
- 3 cracker choux buns (this recipe focused on the caramel preparation only. Cracker choux buns have to be purchased/done already).
Steps:
- In a pan, color up the sugar until it becomes a caramel.
- Deglaze the whipping cream 3 times and boil 5 minutes over a high heat.
- Leave from heat and sprinkle with a teaspoon of curry. Then, add the butter in slices.
- Vigorously mix up, pour onto the choux buns
