Pasta with Sardines and Passion berry
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 500g of pasta of your choice
- Zest of 1 yellow lemon
- Zest of 1 lime
- 2 cans of sardines in olive oil
- Terre Exotique olive oil
- 8-9 Terre Exotique passion fruit berries, crushed with a mortar and pestle
- 2 pinches of Terre Exotique Fleur de sel from Guérande
Methods:
- Start by cooking the pasta of your choice in boiling salted water.
- Meanwhile, place the drained sardines in a bowl. Add the passion fruit berries, salt, and the zest of the two lemons, then mix well.
- Once your pasta is cooked and drained, add the sardine-passion fruit mixture on top and mix everything together.
- Drizzle some olive oil on top and serve!
