Pancake batter by Terre Exotique
Ingredients :
- 250 g flour
- 50 g caster sugar
- 50 g Terre Exotique’ brown cane sugar with cinnamon
- 40 g melted butter
- 1tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp Terre Exotique’ s orange flower water
- 40 cl milk
- In a salad bowl, gather all the powders together: flour, caster sugar and Terre Exotique’s brown cane sugar.
- Make a well and add the melted butter, sunflower oil, Terre Exotique’s orange flower water, egg and milk.
- Beat the salad bowl’s content to get a fluid and homogeneous batter.
- Heat your pancakes’ pan and oil it with a neutral oil (sunflower or grape seed for instance).
- Once your pan is hot, pour a pancake batter’ ladle into it and cook both sides.
- Savour your delicious pancakes with subtle cinnamon and orange flower’ flavours.
