Oriental Tabbouleh

Ingredients for the recipe:


  1. Start by rehydrating the raisins in a glass of boiling water.
  2. Next, dice your cucumber and tomatoes. Finely chop the spring onion.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the couscous grains, cucumber, tomatoes, and spring onion. Add the lemon juice, drained raisins, olive oil, and tabbouleh spice blend. Mix everything well with a spoon.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate it overnight.
  5. Enjoy the next day as a starter or as a side dish to accompany your main course!
