Oriental Tabbouleh
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 200g of couscous grains;
- 1 tablespoon of Terre Exotique tabbouleh spice blend;
- 1 spring onion;
- The juice of one lemon;
- 30g of raisins;
- 2 tomatoes;
- 80ml of Terre Exotique extra virgin olive oil from Lesbos;
- 1 cucumber.
Methods:
- Start by rehydrating the raisins in a glass of boiling water.
- Next, dice your cucumber and tomatoes. Finely chop the spring onion.
- In a large bowl, combine the couscous grains, cucumber, tomatoes, and spring onion. Add the lemon juice, drained raisins, olive oil, and tabbouleh spice blend. Mix everything well with a spoon.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate it overnight.
- Enjoy the next day as a starter or as a side dish to accompany your main course!
