Nectars de Bourgogne

Nectars de Bourgogne is a French brand founded in 2004 by Emmanuelle Baillard, a trained oenologist who set out to showcase the fruits of the Burgundy region. She applied winemaking-inspired methods to craft premium juices and nectars that highlight the richness of the local terroir.

Ethical and Sustainable Commitments

Since its creation, Nectars de Bourgogne has embraced a simple philosophy: to highlight the natural richness of fruit through recipes free from colorings and preservatives, while respecting the cycles of nature.

Each bottle results from a gentle transformation process that preserves the aromas, textures, and nutritional value of the fruit. The collection includes pure juices (100% fruit) and nectars (fruit diluted with water and sugar), offering a generous aromatic palette: pear, vineyard peach, blackcurrant from Burgundy, quince, strawberry, and many other emblematic varieties from the region.

Refined Beekeeping Expertise

Nectars de Bourgogne oversees the entire production process — from careful fruit selection to bottling, including pressing, refining, and even custom manufacturing. Inspired by winemaking techniques, the process uses oenological equipment to preserve the fruit’s aromatic integrity, freshness, and natural texture.

This high level of quality is guaranteed by the IFS Food certification obtained in 2015, ensuring full traceability and optimal food safety at every step. The workshop, located in Châtillon-sur-Seine, also embraces an eco-responsible approach by valorizing by-products and limiting inputs, notably through sourcing from organic agriculture.
